I called them again and spoke to a manager this time. I got her to agree to give me a credit for the second shipment, which will at least allow me to order two bags of coffee at no cost. And I don't have to send the tea back.

Anyone a loose leaf tea fan? Will have to re-gift them I guess, as I will never use them.

I have placed an order for "Kahlua" and "Caramel Nut" coffee. Should arrive in a couple weeks.

Still an expensive proposition, though.
